Order and Delivery

Shipping & Delivery

Everything about your order and how we ship it.

Note: Whenever possible, we deliver via the mailbox to reduce shipping costs, lower CO₂ emissions, and increase convenience.

If you place an order on weekdays before 23:59 (or before 22:00 for Belgium), your order will be delivered the next working day. During public holidays, delivery may take a bit longer.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

Shipping is free (€0.00) for all VegiVital orders.

How is my package shipped?

For deliveries within the Netherlands, we use PostNL’s mailbox delivery service. This means your package will usually fit through your mailbox and will be delivered by the regular mail carrier, without needing a parcel delivery service.

The size of the mailbox package may vary depending on your order, but the maximum size is 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm.

You will receive a Track & Trace code via email once your package leaves our warehouse, so you can track it through the PostNL sorting process.

With this shipping method, we unfortunately cannot offer options such as pickup points, delivery instructions, or alternative delivery addresses. If your package does not fit in the mailbox, the carrier may ring your doorbell, leave a note, or deliver the package to a neighbor.

When can I expect my products?

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In 95% of cases, you will receive your order within one business day.

  • Netherlands: Order Monday through Friday before 23:59, and it will be delivered the next day.

  • Belgium: Order Monday through Friday before 22:00, and it will be delivered the next day. (If you order during the weekend, delivery will be on Tuesday.)

Is your order not delivered on time? Feel free to reach out to us. From the moment you place your order, you can track it all the way to your chosen delivery address.

The Track & Trace code says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received anything.

This is, of course, very frustrating, as the information should be accurate. First, check if the address listed in your order confirmation is correct.

If the address is correct, PostNL recommends (when the Track & Trace status says "delivered" but the package hasn’t arrived) to wait until the next delivery day. Sometimes mail carriers leave a note or attempt redelivery the following day. The status may mistakenly already show as "delivered."

If you still haven’t received your package by the end of the next business day, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help you find a suitable solution.

Why is my delivery delayed?

There are several factors that may cause shipping delays:

  • Product availability: If an item is out of stock, this may delay your order. This is always clearly stated on the product page.

  • Busy periods: Delivery times may be longer during peak times, such as around holidays.

  • Wadden Islands: If you live on one of the Dutch Wadden Islands, delivery may take 1–2 days longer than average. More information is available further down this page.

  • Holidays: No deliveries take place on official holidays.

  • Unexpected issues: Occasionally, technical issues in our warehouse may cause delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. This allows you to see exactly when your package will be delivered. You’ll receive the code by the end of the day at the latest. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam folder.

Who delivers my package?

Your order is delivered by PostNL. PostNL handles both our mailbox deliveries in the Netherlands and parcel deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery to the Wadden Islands

For the Wadden Islands, your package is first handed over to the local delivery service the day after shipping. The local courier will then deliver your package, which may take one or two days longer than deliveries to the rest of the Netherlands.
