Return Policy
At VegiVital, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are not reimbursed by VegiVital.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original one. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order. To begin the process, please contact us at info@drinkvegivital.com.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
